Comparison Technologies provides exceptional solutions and services, which enable consumers to compare and switch a wide range of household bills

In addition to helping consumers save money through our own branded services, we are the leading providers of comparison and switching services for other businesses. We combine proactive account management with market-leading flexible technical solutions. This enables a wide range of businesses (including several famous household names) to run successful comparison and switching services using our platforms.

The best of both worlds

Formed in April 2018, through the merger of Fundraising Innovations (better known by it’s brand – energyhelpline.com) and UK Web Media (www.digital-tv.co.uk – www.broadband-finder.co.uk), Comparison Technologies has created the only independent, multi-channel, price comparison and switching enabler in the home services (energy, broadband, digital TV and telecoms) market.

Since 2002, energyhelpline.com has been primarily focused on delivering a price comparison platform for the electricity and gas sectors. Over the last 17 years, it has grown to be one of the dominant switching services in this market space.

Also founded in 2002, the focus of UK Web Media has been marketing solutions and price comparison in the telecoms sector (broadband, digital TV, home phone and mobile).

With backing from Inflexion Private Equity Partners, the merger of energyhelpline.com and UK Web Media to form Comparison Technologies is viewed as bringing significant congruent benefits to both businesses due to the complementary nature of the sectors, product sets and market expertise in the sphere in which they operate – UKWM having extensive experience in optimising marketing, energyhelpline.com having unrivalled experience in driving partnerships in the B2B sector.
