Comparison Tech, the UK’s leading full-service comparison and switching platform, has signed an agreement with personal finance platform thinkmoney for their new energy and telecoms switching service.

Comparison Tech will power thinkmoney’s new comparison service as well as providing call centre support. thinkmoney, part of the Think Money Group, is a digital banking provider offering a current account, complete with a budgeting tool to help customers manage their money. Their account offers customers an alternative to traditional banks and a chance to improve their credit rating. With a 4 Star Fairbanking Mark, an Excellent Trustpilot rating and an award-winning banking app, they’re delivering on their aim to make banking easy, for everyone.

The two organisations are helping over 100,000 customers through thinkmoney’s marketplace by showing them even more ways to save money. By offering new deals and packages from energy suppliers and telco providers, customers will be able to cut their household bills considerably.

The tie up follows a host of new partnerships signed by Comparison Tech over the past few months. In October, Comparison Tech signed an agreement with customer services company Intelling, helping its 100,000 customers to switch energy through a brand-new service under its Switch Experts brand. Under the deal, Intelling will use Comparison Tech’s call centre tool and switch processing agreement. And, earlier this year, Comparison Tech signed up CredAbility and Vouchercloud to use the platform’s broadband, TV, mobile phone and energy switching platforms.

Commenting on today’s partnership with thinkmoney, Julie Harris, CEO of Comparison Tech, says: “It’s a privilege to partner with thinkmoney, as this ambitious brand expands their customer offering. Like us, they are firmly on the side of the consumer, and cutting household bills and getting the best deal has never been more important. We look forward to helping thinkmoney customers compare, switch and save with ease.”

Simon Cohen of thinkmoney says: “We are delighted to partner with Comparison Tech to make it really easy for our customers to save money on their household bills. Our mission is to help customers manage their finances through our banking app, and this partnership will help customers save money, now more than ever.”
